Located in the famed historic district of Brooklyn Heights, 70 Henry offers five luxury residences in a boutique building. Both the exterior and interiors of the projects have been thoughtfully designed by Morris Adjmi. The building consists of a maisonette, several full floor residences, and an expansive penthouse with a private roof deck. Landmarks Preservation Commission unanimously approved the project in June 2015. The project was completed early 2019.
